Shipping and Delivery

Our orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or DHL. Tracking will be provided for all orders and will be emailed to you once your order is complete. Shipping delays can occur and are out of our control.

Current Production for all custom orders is 7-10 business days (M-F) prior to shipping.
Items are packaged and shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided once your package is shipped. Your items should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your zip code and
USPS shipping delays. Expedited delivery is available upon request at an additional cost.
Please note, production and shipping times exclude all weekends and holidays.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once an order has shipped, there is absolutely no changes to be made. If an item gets returned due to incorrect address, you must pay for shipping again.

If the item you receive arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged packaging and damaged items inside. No claims will be filed without proof as pictures are required by USPS. Claims will only be filed on packages that shipped priority. First class packages are not insured.
